Passionate and go-getter, that's what Chief Hakim Chajar is all about. Attracted to cooking since his early childhood, he graduated from the ITHQ's Advanced Cooking Training program.

With more than 10 years of experience in top restaurants, Hakim has embarked on a new adventure that matches his talent: the opening of his own establishment, the Miel restaurant on Centre Street in Montreal. Based on an authentic approach that resembles him, he has set up a menu that is inspired by his roots and draws on his technical knowledge to offer a cuisine that is both accessible and refined.

The freshness of the products, the creativity, the precision in the execution, a warm service, a relaxed atmosphere are all present in a restaurant that is run by a passionate chef, determined to offer a unique culinary experience in short, a cuisine in his image.
